Data Retention

File Lifecycle

Understanding how long files are stored:
  • Active Files: Stored indefinitely while your account is active
  • Deleted Files: Kept in trash for 30 days, then permanently deleted
  • Account Closure: Files deleted 90 days after account closure

Download Your Data

You can always download all your data:
  1. Go to Account Settings
  2. Select “Export Data”
  3. Download a complete archive of your files
  4. Includes all files, folders, and metadata
We recommend downloading your data regularly as a local backup.
